Install NBM into Local Maven Repository

• there is a simple way to install any module from NetBeans Git repository into local Maven repository

netbeans$ ant -f platform/openide.util.lookup/ maven-install

• add -DmavenVersion=RELEASE31 to replace/overwrite any binary produced by NetBeans 31 release process
• exposing the functionality via popup menu action

Explanation

• I have been searching for a way to install NBM into Maven repository recently
  • the asfMainNetBeansBuild.groovy was of a great help
• however then I found out that I had searched for this in 2019 as well
  • and maybe even sooner, as the ant maven-install task is had been there already
• clearly the task isn't simple/documented enough otherwise I wouldn't be searching again and again
• I'd like to expose the functionality more
