Unreviewed submission. This PR was generated automatically from a plugin submission form and has not been reviewed. Do not merge until someone has reviewed and tested it.

Submission

Apex runs A/B tests on your online store and helps you decide what to test next. Connect your Apex shop to read experiments, goals and results, create draft tests, build and preview variations, and save test ideas. Traffic activation and QA approval happen in the Apex app.

Changes

  • third_party/drip-apex/mcp.json with the hosted HTTP server under the drip-apex key
  • third_party/drip-apex/.cursor-plugin/plugin.json (category integrations, "mcpServers": "./mcp.json")
  • third_party/drip-apex/README.md and LICENSE, modeled on PitchBook (Add PitchBook third-party MCP plugin #796)
  • One entry appended to .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json and one row in the root README table
  • .claude-plugin/marketplace.json unchanged

Logo: needs follow-up

No logo file is committed. Every Drip/Apex host (app.drip-apex.com, docs.drip-apex.com, drip-apex.com, dripagency.de) failed the TLS handshake from the build VM, so neither the submitted logo_url nor a favicon could be downloaded. The GitHub accounts dripagency and Drip-Agency exist but can't be confirmed as the publisher's, so I didn't use their avatars. plugin.json sets logo to the submitted absolute URL, which the schema allows: https://app.drip-apex.com/brand-kit/assets/apex-app-tile.svg. A reviewer should download it to assets/logo.png (or .svg) and switch to the relative path.

Testing instructions (from submitter)

Connect https://app.drip-apex.com/api/mcp using OAuth. Contact support@dripagency.de for synthetic reviewer access. Use only the assigned demo shop and its public test page. List tests and read available results; empty data must be stated. Create a draft with an existing goal; inspect a button, edit its text, build and visually preview. Do not launch traffic. Domain buying and QA approval must be unavailable. A foreign-shop synthetic experiment must return no data. Archive only your new draft. Tools: https://docs.drip-apex.com/docs/mcp/tool-reference

Validation

node scripts/validate-plugins.mjs: All plugins validated successfully.

Note

Low Risk
Repo changes are listing and plugin scaffolding only; main risk is unreviewed third-party hosted MCP behavior and OAuth access, which needs manual connect-and-test before merge.

Overview
Adds Apex (drip-apex) as a new third-party integration: a manifest-only plugin under third_party/drip-apex/ that wires Cursor to Drip’s hosted OAuth MCP at https://app.drip-apex.com/api/mcp via mcp.json and .cursor-plugin/plugin.json.

Registers the plugin in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json and the root README plugin table (author Drip Trading GmbH). Ships README and MIT LICENSE alongside the manifest; the marketplace logo is an absolute URL to Apex’s CDN, not a committed local asset.

Agents are documented to read experiments, goals, and results and to create drafts, edit/build/preview variations, and save ideas; traffic launch and QA stay in the Apex app.

Fix All in Cursor

Bugbot Autofix prepared a fix for the issue found in the latest run.

  • ✅ Fixed: Missing Grok Bot server placement
    • Added "placement": "server" to the drip-apex hosted MCP config and the matching README example so Grok Bot uses the hosted path and can show a connect card.

Missing Grok Bot server placement

Medium Severity · Logic Bug

The drip-apex MCP server omits placement server. Grok Bot is a listing target, and without that field the hosted path stays UNDECIDED so Grok Bot never shows a connect or sign-in card.
