Performance improvements

App get super slow after being opened for a long period of time
Android animations are too slow (Performance issues pmndrs/react-spring#570)
- Temporarily disable animations on android for performance reasons (4a8f657)
- Fix it for real (kinda)
- Re-enable animations on Android
Replace react-spring with react-native-reanimated
Move all remaining static styles to StyleSheet.create() (StyleSheet: layout optimizations and fixes to setNativeProps necolas/react-native-web#1136 (comment))
Use react-spring on just a couple components, not on everything like I'm currently doing due to theme change (Performance issues pmndrs/react-spring#570 (comment))
Optimize a couple redux selectors that are triggering unnecessary re-renders
Use GraphQL to fetch notification enhancements instead of doing dozens of api requests
Extract static CSS if possible
Use something faster than redux-persist+localstorage (maybe kv-storage? sqlite? watermelondb?)
Disable buggy FlatList virtualization on web (FlatList performance: Scrolling is buggy and not smooth when virtualization is enabled necolas/react-native-web#1337)
Maybe use something like react-window?
Investigate other performance issues
