Backport of: #25259
Differences to the original PR
packages/react-router/test/server/sdk.test.ts: v10 doesn't add aSpanStreamingintegration, so the expected integration lists don't include it. Source changes are identical to the original.This branch was prepared by the v10 backport automation, which was blocked at PR creation; it's opened manually now.
