The video-stitch maintainer has published the 1.x security maintenance release 1.7.2. This corrects the existing advisory for CVE-2026-110645; it does not request a new CVE.
Add the npm/video-stitch package mapping and the supported SEMVER range
<1.7.2, with fixed version 1.7.2. All published vulnerable versions are enumerated. npm currently contains versions through 1.7.1, fixed 1.7.2, and fixed 2.0.0-beta.1; there are no published versions between 1.7.2 and 2.0.0-beta.1. Leaving the text as “before 2.0.0-beta.1” would incorrectly include the patched 1.7.2 maintenance release.Public evidence:
The npm tarball SHA256 is eea3fb5608a92ff77bb1e532dc95066df82005c8c397bf7b7209cd238a886100. All 11 security regressions passed against that artifact on Node 22 and 24. This change preserves the existing CVE, severity, and provenance. Please review the ecosystem mapping and corrected fixed version for database ingestion.
