Version: Insiders, regular vs code using copilot chat

Feedback:
sometime a chat will show the github form, sometimes i have to tell it to use gh.exe instead to get past this error:

There is an inconsistent experience with this feature, i wish the MCP server would just create the PR like i asked instead of putting a layer in.
