Add All Projects channel view #145
Description
Add an All Projects option to the shared project selector. Selecting it opens the channel list with sections titled by project name, containing each project’s recent non-archived channels. Keep the grouped list when opening a channel and retain project-specific creation and GitHub views.

all-projects: a top-level All Projects picker entry opens Channels; each project section shows up to ten non-archived channels ordered by last activity. Selecting a channel preserves the grouped view, and project-specific creation/GitHub navigation retain a concrete project. Type checks and lint/format pass; native desktop smoke verification in progress.
