Open your host on a phone from Settings #546
Description
To use Ace on a phone you type your host's address into the web app's Connect to your host screen (apps/app/src/connect.tsx), or open http://<machine>.<tailnet>.ts.net:4140 yourself. The app accepts a #host= fragment (address.ts:38-47), but nothing generates one, and Settings has no link or QR code.
Settings → Host should show this host's address for other devices, with a link that opens the web app connected to it, and a QR code.

Done in #562: Settings → Host has a Phone section with this host's tailnet HTTPS address, a copy button, and a QR code. It shows only when Tailscale is running, and says how to turn on HTTPS when there's no tailnet certificate.
