Changes the binding terms before building project access control (#506). Until now, docs/terms.md and docs/architecture.md said Ace has no team access controls.

  • Team no longer makes the tailnet the authority for collaboration access.
  • New terms: Access (direct access through GitHub read access or your own local folder, otherwise through a share) and Share (a grant of a whole project to the team or one person; only people with direct access can grant it).
  • "The team" section describes the rules and enforcement, and adds a Known limitation: project access is cooperative paragraph covering what ACE_SECRET holders, unverified GitHub logins and older hosts can still see. The fix is tracked in Make project access hold against a tampering teammate #511.

Built in Ace

No. Written with Claude Code in a terminal, during a planning session that also filed #506–#511. Nothing in it needed a capability Ace lacks.
