feat(desktop): build the app icons in Icon Composer with Ace's tilted mark - #564

Stable (green) and Canary (yellow) now show the four-lobed AceAvatar mark on a macOS-grid tile. Each PNG is rendered from an SVG source at its own size, and the mark is sampled finely enough not to facet.
The mark is tilted 7° as on the site, traced to a filled path, and composed in Icon Composer (ace.icon, canary.icon). The iconsets are rendered from those documents with ictool on Apple's 1024 grid.

Stable (green) and Canary (yellow) app icons now use Ace's four-lobed mark instead of the old A from ace-old.

No. Claude Code worked outside Ace, using Icon Composer through Desktop Tools and its
ictool. Ace has no image tooling. Tracked under #5.
