Small workspace polish from the flow map.

• ^601: the rail shows no account avatar until the host names its user, instead of a placeholder A built from "Ace".
• ^602: ⌘3/⌘4 (and the menu items) in a project without GitHub toast " isn't on GitHub — Issues/PRs need a project with a GitHub remote." Refs While loading, the app shows this host's project as a teammate's, and Issues and PRs that then vanish #617.
• ^305: Cmd+O and Clone from URL while disconnected toast "Can't open a folder while disconnected" with how to recover, instead of returning silently.
• ^415: All Projects lists your archived channels in an Archived group, so the archived notice's "Unarchive it from the sidebar" holds there.
• ^492: **bold** and ~~strike~~ convert as the closing marker is typed, like `code` already did. Pasted text stays literal.
• ^313: the "already has a .gitignore" card gives cd '<folder>' && git init && git add -A && git commit -m "Initial commit" to copy.
• ^619: Team pulse "Finished in / Failed in" entries show when the run ended, and the pulse covers at least the last day (or since your last visit if earlier), so a reload no longer clears entries. Refs A teammate's agent run doesn't say who started it or whose Mac and key ran it #601.

Not in this PR: ^534 (Returned … as a draft after a reload). pi keeps no record of withdrawn inputs, so surviving a reload needs a new stored record in the channel. That is a stored-format change, so it should be its own reviewed PR.

Smoke (isolated bun ace serve --port 4990 with its own home, config, and keychain service; headless Chromium on the built app):

• Ctrl+3 in a project with no remote showed "proj-ignore isn't on GitHub".
• With the host stopped, Ctrl+O showed "Can't open a folder while disconnected".
• An archived channel appeared under Archived in All Projects and opened with the archived notice.
• Typing plain **bold** and ~~gone~~ end in a composer produced <strong>bold</strong> and <s>gone</s>.
• The .gitignore folder's card showed the copyable command.
• 150 ms after load, the rail showed the user's initial, not A.
• Not smoked: the Team pulse time, which needs a teammate's run (pair rig).

No. Made by a Claude Code fix-train worker in a lane, with headless Chromium for the smoke test, since the fix train runs outside Ace (#5).
