Update adk-samples references and python/agents discovery paths for google/adk-recipes restructure #97

Description

Following the rename and restructure of https://github.com/google/adk-samples to https://github.com/google/adk-recipes (where Python agents moved from python/agents/* to core/python/* and contrib/python/*, plus plugins/*), google-agents-cli (v1.10.0) has broken template discovery paths in scaffold as well as stale adk-samples references across bundled skills.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run agents-cli create my-agent interactively and choose option 2. google/adk-samples (Browse community agents), OR run agents-cli create my-agent --agent adk@deep-search.
2. Inspect skills/google-agents-cli-adk-code/references/samples.md and adk-python.md.

Expected vs. Actual Behavior

• Expected:
  • discover_adk_agents() and parse_agent_spec() in src/google/agents/cli/scaffold/utils/remote_template.py should recognize google/adk-recipes (alongside google/adk-samples for backwards compatibility) and resolve core/python/* and contrib/python/* directories instead of the removed python/agents/* path.
  • Bundled skills should reference https://github.com/google/adk-recipes (/tmp/adk-recipes) and document the core/, contrib/, and plugins/ tiers.
• Actual:
  • discover_adk_agents() (remote_template.py:633) checks repo_path / "python" / "agents", which no longer exists after the google/adk-recipes redirect, resulting in No agents found in adk-samples repository.
  • parse_agent_spec() (remote_template.py:76-83, 117, 136) hardcodes template_path=f"python/agents/{sample_name}" and repo == "adk-samples".
  • Skill files still reference https://github.com/google/adk-samples:
