chore(beacon): refresh Sepolia's config from eth-clients - #693

Conversation
The built-in Sepolia config is eth-clients' file byte for byte, and two upstream changes since the copy had not been picked up: the Glamsterdam gas limit schedule (eth-clients/sepolia#130) and the merge-era TERMINAL_BLOCK_HASH override (eth-clients/sepolia#120). Neither changes what the node does. GAS_LIMIT_SCHEDULE is reported as an ignored key, and TERMINAL_BLOCK_HASH only judges the merge transition block, which Sepolia passed in 2022. What does change is that /eth/v1/config/spec now reports Sepolia's published override instead of the zero hash. first_config_difference already leaves the transition keys out, so a Sepolia directory written before this still resumes. Its comment claimed every shipped network leaves them at their defaults, which Sepolia no longer does; it now says why they are left out regardless.
🤖 Kimi Code ReviewI'll review this PR which updates Sepolia's configuration for the merge transition terminal block hash and adds gas limit scheduling. ReviewConfiguration Changes (

| Aspect | Assessment |
|---|---|
| Correctness | ✅ Values appear correct for Sepolia |
| Security | ✅ No vulnerabilities; this is config data |
| Consensus safety | ✅ Terminal block hash override is post-merge, no live fork choice impact |
| Code quality | GAS_LIMIT_SCHEDULE parser support |
No blocking issues found. The configuration update is straightforward and safe.

bin/ethlambda/assets/sepolia/config.yamlis copied again frometh-clients/sepoliaat7b1b9d9(maintoday; the file last changed inddd2eb06):TERMINAL_BLOCK_HASH0x00…000xd07cce97…a37bc1TERMINAL_BLOCK_HASH_ACTIVATION_EPOCH184467440737095516153599GAS_LIMIT_SCHEDULE353024(GLOAS_FORK_EPOCH)bin/ethlambda/src/main.rs: the comment onfirst_config_difference's transition group said every shipped network leaves these keys at their defaults, which Sepolia no longer does. It now gives the reason they are left out regardless.bootstrap_nodes.yamlalready matches upstream.Correctness / Behavior Guarantees
TERMINAL_BLOCK_HASH+ activation epochvalidate_merge_blockreads them, and only for the merge transition block, which Sepolia passed in 2022./eth/v1/config/specnow reports the published override instead of the zero hashGAS_LIMIT_SCHEDULEConfigfield, so it is listed in the ignored-keys warning at startup, next to the Gloas keys already thereExisting Sepolia data directories still resume:
first_config_differenceleaves the transition keys out, and a resume that passes writes the file's config over the stored one (Store::replace_config).Tests Added / Run
No new tests: nothing pins Sepolia's transition keys.
