The agrvate module now uses Seqera Containers generated with nf-core modules container create, replacing the Biocontainers/Galaxy depot images. The containers are linux/amd64 only because the Wave arm64 builds failed. The docker nf-test could not be completed locally because the image pull was interrupted (docker "short read" error on a macOS host), so CI is relied upon for test validation.

PR checklist

  • This comment contains a description of changes (with reason).
  • Remove all TODO statements.
  • Broadcast software version numbers to topic: versions - See version_topics
  • Follow the naming conventions.
  • Add a resource label
  • Ensure that the test works with either Docker / Singularity. Conda CI tests can be quite flaky:
    • For modules:
      • nf-core modules test <MODULE> --profile docker
      • nf-core modules test <MODULE> --profile singularity
      • nf-core modules test <MODULE> --profile conda
