Navigate logical layers of code changes, visualize relationships, and explore their blast radius. 📝 WalkthroughWalkthroughAdds a disabled-by-default option for local sharing between compatible normal and redo subscriptions. EventStore registration now receives dispatcher mode and changefeed identity. Tests cover subscription reuse, eligibility constraints, concurrent registration, and retained timestamp ranges. Suggested reviewers: Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to Normal and redo dispatchers can now share a subscription, but only when the new opt-in flag is set, so default behavior is unchanged. The one remaining issue is the incomplete license header in the two new files, which is a small fix to make before or soon after merging. 🚥 Pre-merge checks | ✅ 4 | ❌ 1❌ Failed checks (1 warning)

Restore the full Apache 2.0 license header in both new files. Both files use a truncated header. The line WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied. is missing. A license-header check can reject both files.

What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: close #6356
With general EventStore data sharing disabled, normal and redo dispatchers independently ingest the same upstream span even when served by the same EventStore. This duplicates upstream delivery, initial scans and EventStore writes.

The dependency files are unchanged. Race tests and cluster benchmarks/recovery/failover tests have not been run.Questions
Will it cause performance regression or break compatibility?
The option is disabled by default and introduces no RPC or stored-key format changes. When enabled, a short registration critical section prevents duplicate subscriptions for compatible local pairs. Shared retention follows the slower consumer. Cross-node pairs, dispatcher scans, decoding and sink writes remain independent, and existing subscriptions are not merged retroactively. Cluster benchmarks are needed to quantify CPU, memory, write-stall and lag changes.
Do you need to update user documentation, design documentation or monitoring documentation?
