Reconcile SwingDialog & SwingDialogPrompt #1
Description
SwingDialog implements Dialog which extends UIComponent. It needs to use the DialogPrompt constants. We should clean up this UI-agnostic dialog box layer (which is what DialogPrompt is trying to achieve).
