- Dragging a selected asset brings the rest of the selection, leaving out anything still moving from an earlier drop - A count badge follows the cursor at the bottom right, like Finder, in place of the semi-transparent native drag image - Selected assets dim together while dragging

Depends on #15677.
Description of the Problem
Dragging only ever moves the one asset you grab, even when several are selected.
What this PR Does
If the asset you drag is selected, the rest of the selection comes with it. A count badge follows the cursor, and the selected assets dim while you drag.
The badge replaces the browser's own drag image, because browsers always draw those semi-transparent and there's no way to turn that off. It sits just below and to the right of the cursor, like Finder, so it doesn't cover whatever you're dropping onto.
Assets still moving from an earlier drop are left out, because they're about to get new IDs and sending the old ones would fail the whole move.
