“run.cache: true” in vite.config.ts causes some scripts failed to execute #1544

Describe the bug

I used "vp create vite" to create a basic React project.Introduce a deliberate type or format error in main.tsx.

When vp check was used as a script (e.g., "check": "vp check") and run via vp run check with run: { cache: true }, besides this script, there is also "tsc": "tsc" — both of them fail to properly execute type checking. The commands exit as if everything succeeded.
Commenting out or removing run: { cache: true } from vite.config.ts restores the expected behavior — tsc and vp check correctly detect and report TypeScript errors.
