• README with install steps and the MCP block, CHANGELOG, MIT LICENSE.
• One entry in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json and one row in the root README table. .claude-plugin/marketplace.json is unchanged.

Conflict with #1074
The same publisher's SqueezeOS submission (#1074, still open) also lives in third_party/scriptmasterlabs/. The two PRs will conflict on every file there. I named this plugin scriptmasterlabs-verdict so the marketplace names stay unique, but a reviewer needs to pick a folder for each product (for example third_party/scriptmasterlabs-verdict/ and third_party/scriptmasterlabs-squeezeos/) before both can merge.

Logo: missing
No image could be downloaded, so logo is left out of plugin.json and no image file is committed.

• Submitted logo_url https://scriptmasterlabs.com/apple-touch-icon.png (best URL found) and https://scriptmasterlabs.com/favicon.ico failed with a TLS error from the build VM.
• No GitHub org or user for the publisher exists (scriptmasterlabs, ScriptMasterLabs, script-master-labs, and the previously found Timwal78 all return 404).
• No matching App Store listing was found.
  A reviewer should add assets/logo.png from the submitted logo_url.

Review notes

• I couldn't reach the MCP server from the build VM (TLS error), so the server and its tools are unverified.
• The description mentions payable receipts. Reviewers may want to check how payment works before listing.

Overview
Adds Verdict (scriptmasterlabs-verdict) as a new third-party integration that wires Cursor agents to ScriptMasterLabs’ hosted HTTP MCP at https://verdict.scriptmasterlabs.com/mcp, for independent jury verdicts on agent decisions and signed, payable receipts.

The PR introduces third_party/scriptmasterlabs/ with the standard plugin bundle (manifest, mcp.json, README, CHANGELOG, MIT LICENSE) and registers the listing in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json and the root README plugins table. The marketplace id is scriptmasterlabs-verdict so it stays distinct from other ScriptMasterLabs products; plugin.json has no logo yet.

Reviewers should treat this as an unverified remote MCP submission: docs note no API key in the connector while some calls may be payable, and the same third_party/scriptmasterlabs/ path may conflict with another open submission for a different ScriptMasterLabs plugin.
