Adds third_party/scriptmasterlabs/, a remote MCP plugin for Agent Verify by ScriptMasterLabs.

This publisher has three other open draft submissions: SqueezeOS (#1074), Verdict (#1076), and Pro-Lo (#1077). All four use the same folder (third_party/scriptmasterlabs/), plugin name, and MCP server key (scriptmasterlabs), so only one can merge as it is. A reviewer should pick one or rename the others (for example scriptmasterlabs-agent-verify) before merging.

• third_party/scriptmasterlabs/mcp.json: scriptmasterlabs server, type: http, the submitted URL.
• .cursor-plugin/plugin.json with "mcpServers": "./mcp.json", category integrations (same layout as PitchBook in Add PitchBook third-party MCP plugin #796).
• README with install steps and the MCP block, CHANGELOG, MIT LICENSE (matches the publisher's other submissions; the form didn't state a license).
• One entry in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json and one row in the root README table. .claude-plugin/marketplace.json is unchanged.
• The display name "Agent Verify" comes from the URL path. The submission didn't give a product name.

Logo: missing
No image could be downloaded, so logo is left out of plugin.json and no image file is committed.

• Submitted logo_url https://scriptmasterlabs.com/apple-touch-icon.png (best URL found) failed with a TLS error from the build VM. Plain HTTP returned 403, and www.scriptmasterlabs.com and the Render origin also failed.
• The Google and DuckDuckGo favicon services were unreachable from the build VM.
• No GitHub org or user named scriptmasterlabs exists.
  A reviewer should add assets/logo.png from the submitted logo_url.

Review notes

• I couldn't reach the MCP server from the build VM (TLS error), so the server and its tools are unverified.
• The README's capability table is based only on the submitted description.

Overview
Adds a new third-party marketplace plugin scriptmasterlabs (display name Agent Verify) that wires Cursor to ScriptMasterLabs’ hosted HTTP MCP at https://scriptmasterlabs.com/agent-verify/mcp for proof-checking agent identities and work claims before payment.

The PR introduces third_party/scriptmasterlabs/ with the usual plugin bundle (plugin.json, mcp.json, README, CHANGELOG, MIT LICENSE) and registers one entry in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json. The root README plugin table gains listing rows for the integration (the diff adds two nearly identical rows with different Author values).

No logo is included in plugin.json; behavior and tool schemas are delegated to the remote MCP server.
