Draft: unreviewed third-party plugin submission. Do not merge until someone has reviewed it.

Adds third_party/scriptmasterlabs/, a remote MCP plugin for Pro-Lo by ScriptMasterLabs.

Conflicts with #1074
The same publisher also submitted SqueezeOS in #1074 (still an open draft). It uses the same folder (third_party/scriptmasterlabs/), the same plugin name, and the same MCP server key (scriptmasterlabs), so the two PRs can't both merge as they are. A reviewer should pick one, or rename one of them (for example scriptmasterlabs-pro-lo) before merging.

Changes

• third_party/scriptmasterlabs/mcp.json: scriptmasterlabs server, type: http, the submitted URL.
• .cursor-plugin/plugin.json with "mcpServers": "./mcp.json", category integrations (same layout as PitchBook in Add PitchBook third-party MCP plugin #796).
• README with install steps and the MCP block, CHANGELOG, MIT LICENSE (same license as the publisher's SqueezeOS submission; the form didn't state one).
• One entry in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json and one row in the root README table. .claude-plugin/marketplace.json is unchanged.
• The display name "Pro-Lo" comes from the server's hostname. The submission didn't give a product name.

Logo: missing
No image could be downloaded, so logo is left out of plugin.json and no image file is committed.

• Submitted logo_url https://scriptmasterlabs.com/apple-touch-icon.png (best URL found) failed with a TLS error from the build VM.
• No GitHub org or user named scriptmasterlabs exists. The publisher's earlier GitHub account (Timwal78) returns 404.
• The App Store search only matched an unrelated developer (Scriptation LLC).
  A reviewer should add assets/logo.png from the submitted logo_url.

Review notes

• I couldn't reach the MCP server from the build VM (TLS error), so the server and its tools are unverified.
• The README's capability table is based only on the submitted description.

Validation

• node scripts/validate-plugins.mjs: all plugins validated successfully.

Marketplace and manifest-only changes; risk is mainly trusting an unverified third-party hosted MCP endpoint at merge time, not repo behavior changes.

Overview
Adds Pro-Lo by ScriptMasterLabs as a new third-party integration (scriptmasterlabs) in the Cursor plugin marketplace.

The PR introduces third_party/scriptmasterlabs/ with manifest, mcp.json (HTTP MCP at https://pro-lo.onrender.com/api/mcp/rpc), README, CHANGELOG, and MIT license, and registers the plugin in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json plus the root README plugin table. Agents are documented to use coherence scoring, liquidity analysis, and microstructure tools via the hosted server; no logo is committed yet.

This follows the same remote-MCP layout as other third_party listings; it does not change validation scripts or core app code in the diff.
